Questions, roadblocks, or wins to celebrate? You'll have ongoing support throughout the program so you don't have to navigate the process alone.

Throughout the program, I'll update your Lifestyle Blueprint with your insights, strategies, routines, systems, and action steps. By the end of our time together, you'll have a personalized guide you can continue using long after our coaching ends.

No. Health coaching is not medical care, nutrition counseling, or therapy. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions, or create meal plans or workout plans. My role is to provide education, support, accountability, and personalized guidance to help you implement sustainable lifestyle changes alongside any existing medical or mental health care you may already have.
